How to Book

  • Reservations may be booked up to nine months in advance 
  • All reservations booked more than 90 days in advance must fall within our standard Sunday - Sunday dates  
  • Due to popular Member demand, there are blackout periods and holiday restrictions  
  • Cancellation policy: all reservations cancelled within 30 days of Arrival Date will result in forfeited Days/Points.

Rules of Conduct

  • Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Should you arrive early or need to stay late, your luggage can be stored. Please contact your Concierge to arrange.
  • We set maximum occupancy for your comfort and to best maintain the residences. In some destinations, the maximum cannot be exceeded due to local laws or resort regulation. 
  • We strongly recommend ordering your pre-arrival groceries 48-72 hours prior to your arrival date. This provides ample time to ensure we find everything you request i.e., specific brands. Some destinations require 72 hours or more due to their remote location.
  • There is no smoking permitted in any Club residence (including on any patios, balconies, or other exterior living spaces) at any time.
  • No pets are permitted in the residences at any time.
