Discover a Quieter Side of the Dominican

Punta Cana may be known for its all-inclusive resorts, but the eastern most province of the Dominican Republic still has secret pockets of untouched beaches and quiet tropical luxury. Spend days sailing, kayaking, sunning and snorkeling. For an adrenaline fix, try kiteboarding, one of the island's most popular activities. Pull yourself away from the dreamy beaches for at least a day and head inland to explore the mountains and old sugar plantations. At night, you can dress beach-chic at Punta Cana's stylish restaurants.
