Mexico's Wild Side Goes Glitzy

Nicknamed the “End of the Earth,” Cabo San Lucas is located on the southern-most tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula. After Hurricane Odile hit here in 2014, the region used the devastation as an opportunity to reinvent itself. A more sophisticated clientele has replaced the party-hard crowds, and boutique hotels have popped up in place of all-inclusives. Spend the day snorkeling, sailing, golfing or sport fishing. Then indulge in Cabo's newly emerged food scene, featuring restaurants from star chefs like Enrique Olvera.
