Our Concierge, Jessica, was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to each of our requests and questions. She is certainly one of the top Concierges in Exclusive Resorts. The whole group in Real del Mar, especially Mario, do an outstanding job. We hope to see them on our next trip down!
