As a member, you will work closely with your very own dedicated Exclusive Ambassador who will get to know you and your family. She will learn your likes, dislikes, preferences, dream trips and even personal details like birthdays, anniversaries, favorite snacks and more. And she will use this information to help you make the most of your membership, recommending and planning the vacations you’ll most enjoy, keeping you informed on Club news and developments, and working with our dedicated service teams in every Club destination, on all Exclusive Journeys, and throughout the Club’s variety of vacation experiences. Your Exclusive Ambassador ensures that every time you travel with us, anywhere you choose to go, and with anyone you choose to bring, your vacation is perfectly orchestrated, personalized, and memorable. After all, when we understand who you are and what you are expecting from your vacation experiences, we can better tailor each Club vacation to you and yours.

So think of your Ambassador as your vacation advocate. Using her knowledge of the Club, she will proactively provide you with ideas, helpful plans and details, and of course, unprecedented access.
