"This was our first Exclusive Resorts trip that included a very young child, our five-year old grandniece, so maybe this was 'normal.' But we were definitely impressed! When we arrived the staff had arranged to have a set of age-appropriate toys, including sand toys for the beach for my niece. Then when Glenville, our concierge, saw how much she enjoyed the pool, he went back down to the beach club and brought her back one of the floating mats for her to use in the residence pool. And finally, when her parents began unpacking they found the child-sized bathrobe hanging in the closet along with their adult-sized robes. What a cute gesture!"
